DO I NEED TO HAVE PLAYED RUGBY BEFORE?

Whether you are an experienced player or completely new to the game, our rugby camps are suitable for players of all abilities.

We offer the highest quality of care and provision and never place any child in a situation that we feel they won't be comfortable in.

WHAT WILL MY CHILD BE DOING DURING EARLY DROP OFF & LATE PICK UP?

During early drop off & late pick up hours players will have the opportunity to develop their basic skill set with one of our coaches in a relaxed, engaging & fun environment. For example players can work on their kicking skills with a game of 'Rugby Kick Golf' and take part in some fun challenges.

Alternatively, players can increase their rugby knowledge by watching rugby matches and answering questions based on performance. Players can either watch back on a professional match or review their individual performance (from previous days) thanks to our video analysis software.

WHAT COVID-19 MEASURES WILL BE IN PLACE?

At Apex Rugby Academy safety for players and coaches is our top priority.

We will be monitoring the Scottish Government & Scottish Rugby Union 'Return to Rugby' guidelines regularly. Parents & Guardians of players booked on the camp will be updated regularly via email. All our coaches have taken the 'COVID-19 E-Learning Course' run by the Scottish Rugby Union to ensure our camp is run and taught safely.

All our equipment will be cleaned on a regular basis throughout each day.
