Easter Kicking Camp 2024
We are delighted to be running a kicking specific rugby camp this Easter at Linlithgow RFC on Tuesday 9th April for P6-S4 players (10:00 - 15:30)
Throughout the day we focus on 5 key areas of kicking:
Kicking Technique
Long Kicking
Short Kicking
Kicking Options in Attack
Tactical Awareness

Summer Rugby Camp 2024
We are delighted to be returning to Linlithgow RFC for another summer rugby camp between Wednesday 24th - Friday 26th July 2024 for P6-S4 players (10:00 - 16:00)
Throughout the 3 days players will be take part in a variety of games and activities including:
Attack: Counter Attack, Identifying Space,
Defence: Tackling, Rucking, Line speed, Connectivity
Kicking: Technique, Long Kicking, Short Kicking
Positional Specific Sessions: Scrum Half, Fly Half, Back Row, Hooker, Front Row
Educational Workshops: S&C Fun Activities / Video Analysis / Nutrition
